Your problem may be caused by a USB connection error. If your device cannot be detected, you can try to solve it by following these steps:

Step 1
Please make sure you have iTunes installed on your computer. you can get iTunes from the following link

Step 2
Disconnect the device and reconnect. You are required to unlock your device and click Trust Calculator.

Step 3
Try reconnecting your iOS device with another USB cable. Make sure your device is not in recovery or DFU mode.

Step 4
Check if iTunes can detect your device.

Step 5
If your iTunes can recognize your device and our product can’t detect your phone, please follow the steps below. 1. Exit iTunes. 2. Connect your device until iTunes can recognize your device. 3. Close iTunes. 4. Restart our product and check if the application can detect your device.

You need to go to the official website of Tiger iOS Data Recovery to download the latest version for update, or click directly to download latest version.

If the scan gets stuck after running for a few hours, please follow the below steps to solve the problem.
1. Reboot your iOS device and reconnect it, then run a new scan.
2. If method 1 does not work, make an iTunes backup and scan for backups to recover the lost data.

2. The screen of your iOS device is locked. Simply unlock the screen and leave it open, then run the restore.

You need to make your iPhone trust the computer first. You will see a dialogue box on your phone screen that requires you to click the 「Trust This Computer」 button. Then you can reconnect your iPhone via data cable.

If SMS and contacts are deleted at the same time, the recovery process will not match well when the contacts are not recovered before the SMS. However, all SMS messages are definitely recovered regardless of the identifiable contacts or unknown contacts.

If your network is working but you can’t log in to your iCloud account, it may be due to the two-step verification you set up for your Apple ID. There is no data recovery tool to access iCloud backups with Apple IDs that have set up two-step authentication.
